Revolve Beauty — Personalization & Loyalty Strategy (NDA)


Overview
Partnered with Revolve to develop a growth strategy for scaling its beauty vertical, with a focus on personalization, customer retention, and differentiated digital experience. The project aimed to position Revolve Beauty as a leading destination by increasing conversion, engagement, and lifetime value through data-driven customer experiences.


The Opportunity
Despite strong brand equity in fashion, Revolve’s beauty experience lacked depth in personalization and product discovery. Research revealed that customers struggled with irrelevant recommendations, limited filtering capabilities, and low awareness of the loyalty program. At the same time, consumer expectations were shifting toward highly tailored shopping experiences, with personalization shown to significantly increase conversion and engagement .
